科斯雷承辦密克羅尼西亞行政首長高峰會議

由馬紹爾群島總統查凱亞(Jurelang Zedkaia)與其他來自帛琉、密克羅尼西亞聯邦、美屬關島、美屬北馬里亞納群島等行政首長，在2011年12月10-12日於科斯雷(Kosrae)的Rose Mackelang公共圖書館舉行。峰會最主要的目的在協調與實踐區域戰略，協助成員所管轄的事務，當中包括「密克羅尼西亞挑戰」（The Micronesian Challenge）、「太平洋島國區域回收計畫」（The Pacific Islands Regional Recycling Initiative Council）、「太平洋侵入物種協會」（The Regional Invasive Species Council）、「區域能源委員會：綠色能源密克羅尼西亞」（The Regional Energy Committee: Green Energy Micronesia）、「區域電信委員會」（The Regional Telecommunications Committee）、「區域觀光委員會」（The Regional Tourism Committee）、「區域運輸委員會」（The Regional Transportation Committee）、「區域勞動力發展理事會」（The Regional Workforce Development Council）、「區域水資源與公共衛生委員會」（The Regional Water and Sanitation Committee）、「區域健康委員會」（The Regional Health Committee）、「密克羅尼西亞永續未來中心」（The Micronesian Center for a Sustainable Future）（同時也作為此次峰會之秘書處）等。http://pidp.eastwestcenter.org/pireport/2011/December/12-23-rel3.htm
